Chorus London Celebrates another Concert Season, Thanks to Ontario Trillium Foundation Grant from the Ontario Government
On December 3, 2025, we marked the conclusion of another successful concert season, made possible through the generous support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, which awarded us a $159,800 Resilient Communities Fund grant from the Ontario government in May 2023. This funding, alongside contributions from our sponsors and partners, enables us to continue our 48-year tradition of presenting symphonic choral music to London and its surrounding communities.
Our mandate encompasses providing vocal development opportunities for individual singers, serving as a platform for gifted emerging solo vocalists, collaborating with children’s choirs from local school boards, partnering with other adult choirs, and offering numerous contract engagements for local professional orchestral musicians.
In recognition of this celebration, we were honoured to welcome Joy Bevon, a volunteer with the Ontario Trillium Foundation review board, Councillor David Ferreira of Ward 13, and received a video message from Terence Kernaghan, Member of Provincial Parliament for London North Centre, who was unable to attend in person.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Ontario Trillium Foundation for its steadfast support over recent years, which has been instrumental in enabling us to serve and enhance our community.
